To be trained as an Altar Server for Our Lady of Fatima, you must currently attend church services at Our Lady of Fatima in San Clemente on a regular basis.  The student must also be at least 10 years of age by Sept. 1 at commencement of the current school year.

 Being an Altar Server is a family commitment.  The young people who are dedicating themselves to this Stewardship for the church must also have the full cooperation of their parents/guardians to arrive to the correct Mass at least 15 minutes prior to commencement of their scheduled Mass.    These fine candidates also need your assistance in locating a replacement server in the event there are conflicting schedules.  By signing this form as the parent/guardian of these fine students, you are agreeing to help your child fulfill this commitment.
